Palo Alto Networks Unit 42 Retainer

This service description document (“Service Description” or “SD”) outlines the Palo Alto Networks’ Unit 42 cybersecurity expertise retainer offering (“Retainer Services” or “Services”)

By placing a purchase order (“PO”) for the Retainer Services, you (“Customer”) are purchasing the Retainer Services, for the applicable retainer tier and credits as specified in the PO, and agree to the terms in this Service Description. The term of the Retainer Services shall commence upon PO acceptance by Palo Alto Networks, and shall continue for a period of twelve (12) months unless otherwise stipulated in writing by the parties (such as in the quote) or terminated early in accordance with the Agreement (“Term”). Retainer Services must be used within the Term. Any unused Retainer Services will expire at the end of the Term and are non-transferable and non-refundable.
