The Alcatel-Lucent OmniAccess Stellar 1561 uses Wi-Fi 7, leveraging the new spectrum 6GHz band and existing 2.4GHz and 6GHz bands simultaneously. The new Wi-Fi 7 standard 902.11be helps many industries increase performance over their networks.
The OmniAccess Stellar AP1561 is IP67-rated for harsh outdoor environments enabling simple and cost-effective deployments.
The outdoor AP is ready for 6GHz operations, supporting Automated Frequency Coordination (AFC). In some RF domains, the 6GHz band is not permitted in outdoor locations, so the radio is software configurable to operate in 6GHz or 5GHz.
