Tri-Fold Finishing Each sheet of paper has two folds, creating 3 sections, with the two outer sections folding inwards. Fold letters, invoices, statements, pamphlets, brochures and more so that they can easily be placed in envelopes. Considerations Can only be used in conjunction with the Booklet Staple Hole Punch Finisher. Must have a 2x520-Sheet Tray with Casters, 2,000-Sheet Tandem Tray with Casters, or Caster Spacer installed to raise the printer to the proper height. Cannot be used with the Dual Catch Bin, Inline Staple Finisher or Staple Hole Punch Finisher. Media and sensing This finisher supports A4, A3, B4 (JIS), Letter and Ledger paper sizes. Sensing detects if the finisher is present and if the output bin is full. Z-Fold Finishing This is sometimes known as a 3-panel accordion fold.
